Oh I've done very badly with the Dottie Angel challenge recently. I blame Christmas - it started off with buying new fabric-to-make-homemade and went silly with paint-buying and a few new light shades. Although I have so far resisted buying a new sofa - still waiting for thrifted prayer-answering, I'm glad I saw this video and website today. Reminds me why buying never makes me happy... and really, who could not listen to David Suchet's dulcet tones and be wooed into buying nothing??
Another good challenge for the year :: small changes mean big results.
So he's a shoplifter?...;-)
I'd love to buy nothing.
Free vodka for a start!!!...;-)
I love Suchet's Poirot. He IS Poirot to me (and I did like Ustinov etc etc)

rofl!! you're brave....you'll have to fight your way through ice and snow... then the debris that the kids leave around.... permantly looks like we've been burgaled (sp) ;0)
You do realise that you've now got me *wanting* to make patchwork things.... have asked for sewing machine for birthday it might make sewing a bit easier!!!!

oh crap, you don't have *machine* - well then you are hereby forgiven of your patchwork deadline. Yeah, a machine speeds things up and makes it impsy pimpsy... you NEEEEED a machine. Honestly. It's like air to breathe.
