Lil announcement

Just updated my profile to include this::

I love to get comments; please be aware, however that I have an irreverend sense of humour and any offence caused is completely intentional. Please do not leave comments if you want to preach at me, judge me, condemn me or bitch at me. I already have a mother. Also if you are one of THOSE muslims who think it is their mission in life to take the plank out of everyone's eyes and feel very pious by doing so, please note:  there is adab to dawah, the first of which is that it is given privately - email me. Hah! I am sorry to spoil your fun of denying you an audience to your piety. Thankyou. Oh and instead of arguing the toss, if you don't like what you see here would just like to draw your attention to that little red X in the corner; click it - problem solved.

Would also like to draw your attention, whilst I am here, to the sidebars: I have a small 'Reading' section which is blogs I am visiting these days; some will stay the same others will change depending on whether I am reading them or not. I didn't really want a really long blog roll, so am keeping it purposely small. I may remove it altogether, not sure yet.

Also, I have reinstated the 'Take A Look' section, which is links to things making me happy/inspired/interested; as usual this will be changing every so often.

Finally the bookstore - I do update this frequently as a place to leave my book recommendations as well as books that I myself covet. Do take a look. I am also thinking of adding a 'what we are reading' widget to the sidebar - would that interest you? Most of our books are about bugs, so have resisted that for a while....

ANYWAY that's the long and the short of it.
